Marriage Process & Requirements
To ensure a smooth and proper Nikah process, please review the following guidelines and required documents:
✅ Official Marriage License – Must be issued by state authorities.
✅ Photo Identification – Required for the bride, groom, Wali (guardian), and two witnesses.
✅ Bride’s Guardian Consent – If the bride is marrying for the first time, her father’s consent is required, either through his presence or an official consent document.
✅ Marital Status Confirmation – The applicant must not be in an existing marriage.
✅ Previous Marriage/Divorce Documentation – If applicable, a copy of relevant documents is required.
✅ Nikah Fees – Covers officiation of the Islamic marriage contract and issuance of the Islamic marriage certificate.
