وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُمْ مَوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

And of His signs is that He created for you mates from your own selves that you may take comfort in them, and He ordained affection and mercy between you. There are indeed signs in that for a people who reflect. al-Qur’an 30:21

Marriage Process & Requirements

To ensure a smooth and proper Nikah process, please review the following guidelines and required documents:

Official Marriage License – Must be issued by state authorities.
Photo Identification – Required for the bride, groom, Wali (guardian), and two witnesses.
Bride’s Guardian Consent – If the bride is marrying for the first time, her father’s consent is required, either through his presence or an official consent document.
Marital Status Confirmation – The applicant must not be in an existing marriage.
Previous Marriage/Divorce Documentation – If applicable, a copy of relevant documents is required.
Nikah Fees – Covers officiation of the Islamic marriage contract and issuance of the Islamic marriage certificate.
